TRUE declares their margin upfront so you have complete trust from day one. At the end of the design and tendering phase, TRUE locks away the tendered sum and takes on the financial risk from there on. Like our tagline states, "TRUE to our clients, TRUE to our word."
Project Management Tool
In order to keep clients well informed about the status of their projects, TRUE uses a unique Project Management tool. It is a Communication System that shares all relevant project information, allowing clients to be up-to-date with the progress of their new office – and giving them some peace of mind. We put the best interests of our clients first.
We work to reduce our paper use across our business to substantially lower our carbon footprint and reduce our impact on the environment.
TRUE has sustainable practices in place not only in the office, but on-site as well. We will option reusing fitout, a/v or furniture in good condition as opposed to discarding. We will also try to connect clients with gently used furniture where applicable. We make incredible strives to reduce, reuse and recycle.
At TRUE we are able to give our customers the assurance that we comply with all WHS requirements, that’s because we are Cm3 certified.
Cm3 certification helps TRUE meet our legislative duty of care to ensure all of our contractors have the processes necessary to safely conduct work and manage their health and safety requirements.
