Project Overview 

70 Phillip Street was constructed by the Commonwealth Government during 1987 and was the Prime Minister’s Sydney office from its opening until 2013. It is 14-storey strata-owned office building located among some of Sydney’s flagship premium and A-grade office towers.

 

SG Property Partners approached The TRUE team to help them breathe new life into 4 vacant offices suites across level 8, 9 and 10. With suites ranging from 100-500sqm, SG Property Partners were keen to inject some colour and personality into four different suites that were tired and not leasing, with the aim to give themselves an edge over their competition in the market. Unique schemes were developed to provide a different feel for each space, and cost-effective furniture was specified and varied through a combination of alternate finishes and materials. In a testament to the design three of the four suites were leased within a month of completion.
