TRUE was engaged in a Construction Management capacity to assist Rothelowman understand the cost of their design which allowed them to value engineer their design to marry their creative goals with their real-world budget. With TRUE's transparent approach, Rothelowman had the confidence that their design decisions were grounded in accurate cost assessments.
