We are taking extra precautions to maintain a safe workplace and ensure the well-being of our clients, sub-contractors and the TRUE team.
The good news is TRUE is 100% operational. We’re even happy to report we’ve hired an additional team member as we continue to not only adapt to this ever-changing economic environment, but we continue to grow in it!
We can agree the times ahead will be full of challenges however, TRUE will continue to deliver projects on schedule. Our statement, ‘TRUE to our Clients, TRUE to our Word’ has never played a more essential role. It’s a bit of certainty you can depend on during these very uncertain times.
Whilst most of the TRUE team can work remotely our Site Managers are on the front line, this is what we’re doing to protect them.
It is essential for our sites to remain open so we have instigated the following safety precautions to ensure TRUE sites remain a safe working environment for all.
TRUE sites are a clean zone – all contractors are required to sanitize on arrival.
Clear and regular communication with our sub-contractors to ensure their workforce is self-protecting and not coming to work if they are feeling unwell in any way.
A dedicated 30sqm exclusion zone for the TRUE Site Office to give the Site Manager a clean zone.
SignonSite daily briefings which must be acknowledged by all contractors on arrival. We’ve added questions about recent travel and potential exposure to COVID-19. Contractors cannot access the site if they answer in the affirmative.
Twice daily temperature checks. All contractors on site have their temperature recorded on arrival and again 4 hours later. Any worker reporting a fever is sent home. This data is recorded and is made available to clients, building owners and government agencies.
A limited number of contractors are now allowed onsite to ensure social distancing guidelines can be observed.
By taking a pro-active approach we aim to keep our people safe and our sites open. TRUE to our Word.
